Cancellation Policy
To protect other clients and our Estheticians, you must cancel with at least 48 hours notice of your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. This ensures we have ample time to fill empty appointments from our waiting list. A no show or cancelation the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of your service. All Permanent Makeup appointments require a $100 deposit. Canceling a Permanent Makeup appointment within 48 hours of your appointment will result in losing your $100 deposit. An additional $100 will be required to book another appointment. Thank you for understanding!
